We are currently hiring the following positions:


    Head of E-Commerce 

    The Head of E-Commerce will lead growth across all online channels (Amazon + Shopify). They will handle all ad spend, site optimizations, Amazon, email marketing, and inventory projections. Will report to CMO and work alongside him on marketing initiatives.

    This person is taking a significant e-commerce business and further scaling to hit revenue goals. They must have significant experience with e-com and ability to aggressively self-teach. 

    Day-to-day includes: 

    • Manage and optimize paid media spend across ad channels
    • Work with CMO to drive organic customer acquisition strategy including content strategy, SEO and lead generation
    • Lead and manage email marketing strategy
    • Managing digital freelancers
    • Develop digital and eCommerce reports to analyze ROI, performance, track trends, and make strategic recommendations to ensure that we are continuously optimizing our efforts and providing growth in our programs


    • Minimum 4 years e-commerce experience
    • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
    • Shopify experience
    • ESP experience – Klaviyo preferred
    • Experience with CPG - food & bev preferred


    Location: Remote or in Brooklyn, NY (Bushwick) depending on candidate’s needs and experience.


    Customer Experience Specialist 


    • Owning and answering all inbound customer support to email, live chat, and Facebook, as well as occasional phone calls.
    • Responding to Amazon reviews, messages, and feedback
    • Sending samples from the office, making office purchases
    • Booking rooms & tickets for events as well as occasional office management
    • Distributing info@ emails to the appropriate parties within the company


    • Must have excellent grammar & attention to detail
    • Must be aspirational to grow within our company and industry at large
    • Must be outgoing in person and over the phone
    • Must be in NYC with a reasonable commute to Bushwick, Brooklyn
    • Must be able to do occasional events (lifting 30 lb and on feet for 8+ hours)
    • Must be entry level


    VP of Retail Sales 


    • Execute national retail strategy & close key accounts
    • Manage and build broker network
    • Manage and support regional reps and sales team
    • Form and implement national promotional schedule
    • Work with CMO to plan marketing efforts that drive velocity
    • Oversee distributor relationships
    • Communicate clearly with e-commerce team to prioritize overall revenue


    • Significant retail sales experience at national or multi-region level
    • Culture fit with Fat Snax team
    • Skilled at systematizing sales process
    • Can effectively manage sales teams and clearly communicate both up and down
    • Able to travel 20+ weeks per year with limited notice

    Location: Remote or in Bushwick, Brooklyn office.
