The Customer Experience Specialist will report to the Customer Experience Manager. The CX team is responsible for all social media messages and comment responses, inbound customer emails and Amazon messages, text messages, reviews, and any other customer communications. In this role, you have the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of Fat Snax, provide an exceptional customer experience, and build up other skills in analytics, sales, copywriting, community management and more.
