The Customer Experience Manager will report to the CMO and will be in charge of Fat Snax customer support. They will be responsible for implementing a new system for handling all inbound customer service communications as well as outbound efforts to increase retention and customer revenue.

The CX team is responsible for all social media messages and comment responses, inbound customer emails and amazon messages, calls, text messages, and any other customer communications. The CX Manager will be working to re-structure how we interact with customers in order to maximize the number of customer touch points and create a newsworthy customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with an unforgettable experience.
  • Setting and reporting on KPIs for the CX department.
  • Managing a small team of energized interns to assist with all communications.
  • Ensuring all inbound communication is answered in timely and fun manner.
  • Finding and implementing systems to call existing customers who meet certain criteria.
  • Assisting e-commerce department with joint projects focused on improving growth metrics.
  • Providing marketing department fun content from CX interactions.
  • Tracking issues and alerting operations department with relevant issues.
  • Creating surprise and delight at every touch point for customers. Come up with fun and interesting ways to take CX to the next level.

  • Candidates must have 2-4 years’ experience with customer support/customer experience. Must have helped implement relevant CX systems in the past.
