I started down the ketogenic road in 2015 after reading Tim Ferriss’ book The 4-Hour Body. Almost immediately, I felt enormous positive effects and began to embrace fats as part of a holistic approach to good nutrition. Unfortunately, I also discovered that snacking options were slim-to-none, especially as I looked to boost my intake of healthy fats, such as MCT oils. After learning that my fellow keto-friends were struggling with the same issues, I decided to pair my love for this newfound lifestyle with my passion for cooking. When I saw that my friends (and kids) were regularly eating through all my snacks, I launched Fat Snax.
Based out of New York City, Fat Snax is dedicated to making delicious snacks for the high-fat community. I am a proud member of the keto and slow-carb communities and source only ingredients that I know my friends will love.
