Here at Fat Snax, you know how dedicated we are to make the world’s best-tasting snacks. It’s what we go to bed dreaming about, and what we wake up determined to create. Here’s the kicker: we believe, at our core, that eating healthy doesn’t have to mean forcing yourself to eat foods that don’t taste good. We want a healthy lifestyle to be easy, accessible, and hands-down delicious. That’s why we use simple, clean ingredients and test our products up the wazoo so you know you’re getting the best of the best.
So, you know our story, but what about our name? Why did our founder Jeff choose ‘Fat Snax’ to be the bold face of our tasty snacks?
It’s no secret that the health industry demonizes fat. You see it all over social media: depictions of what your body should and shouldn’t look like, people telling you what you should and shouldn’t eat or drink. And how all of this can give you the life you’ve been waiting for.
We want to change this narrative.
For those of us on keto or LCHF (low-carb, high fat), fats are our fuel. They give us the energy to keep up with our kids, the strength to run that half-marathon, the courage to fight after months of trying different things to improve our health. Fats nourish our bodies and give us the strength to do the things we love.

At Fat Snax, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. And we think it’s absolutely the key to creating a lasting, healthy lifestyle. We want eating (and snacking) to be something that you look forward to and have a loving relationship with.
When he founded Fat Snax, Jeff started to question if eating keto was truly fun. He loved the low-carb lifestyle: it made him feel younger and healthier than ever before. But the keto foods available didn’t fuel that love of snacking he held so dear. And they definitely weren’t fun. We believe that you can achieve your health goals anytime, anywhere if you have the proper tools -- and the key to having this motivation is keeping things fun.
Whether it’s a salty snack on your way out, a sweet treat after a long day, or anywhere in between—we want you to have a blast with your Snax (that’s why we added an ‘x’ on the end instead of a ‘cks’ obviously... it’s fun 😉).
