Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Latte Pie
No fall is complete without a gazillion massive slices of pumpkin pie.
A Big Cookie was making fun of the Mini Cookie one day for being so tiny.
“Aren’t you ever gonna grow up?” he asked with a mocking laugh.
“Yes,” replied the Mini Cookie, “and I’ll be stronger and more delicious than you think. I’ll prove it to you by racing you to that bowl of milk at the end of the table.”
The Big Cookie was very amused at the idea of a race with the Mini Cookie, but he thought “I could use a milk bath right about now!” and agreed. So the Cracker, AKA the toughest judge in the entire kitchen, marked the distance and started the cookies off.
The Big Cookie was soon far out of sight, rolling at unimaginable speed! But by the time he got to the bowl, he was having trouble climbing up the side. He was just too big.
The Mini Cookie, meanwhile, took his sweet time, going slowly but steadily, rolling his way over to the milk bath. He got there, bowl towering over him, and he thought for a moment before whistling, “Hey, Minis! I could really use your help over here!”
At that moment, a tidal wave of mini cookies came rolling out of their bags and over to the milk. They lifted Mini Cookie up into the air and tossed him over the side and into the bowl of ice cold milk. Hooray! Then, one by one, more mini cookies leaped in there, soaking in one giant, icy milk jacuzzi. And they were as happy as can be.
In all seriousness, we wanted to make sure our award-winning mini cookies were going to be absolute perfection. So we took our time (almost two years to be exact)! This allowed us to create crispier mini cookies that are sweet, buttery, and bursting with BIG flavor. And because they're low-carb and low-sugar, this makes them the most irresistibly munchable cookie on the planet.
