Pancake Pops

Servings: 4 servings 

Net-carb count: <1.5g net carbs* per serving

Time: 30 minutes


Ingredients


Directions

  1. Crumble the cookies in a small bowl using a fork.
  2. Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
  3. Grab a handful of dough and roll to form a 1 inch ball. Repeat with remaining dough.
  4. Insert a cake pop stick into each ball and dip into melted chocolate. Coat with crushed pecans, white chocolate stripes or salt if desired. Lay on a parchment lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until chocolate is set.
