We put a spin on classic sushi rolls and made our own ketofied recipe! Aren’t you soy glad you found this keto sushi recipe? Smoked salmon, avocado, and cream cheese are packed into these rolls to create the most satisfying flavor combination! This keto sushi can be served as an appetizer or enjoyed as a mid-day or late night snack. There is no doubt that these rolls will maki you happy! 🍣🍱


Keto “Sushi”

Servings: 6 servings (makes 12 rolls)

Instructions

  1. Using a mandoline slicer, slice thin strips of cucumber lengthwise. Slice both sides of the cucumber, avoiding the seedy center. 
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto the end of a cucumber strip. Top with avocado and a piece of smoked salmon. From this end roll the sushi. Secure with a toothpick if needed. Repeat with remaining cucumber slices.
  3. Top with crushed Fat Snax crackers
