We’ve been on the search for the most delicious keto-friendly breakfast shake, and we’re finally ready to share something that’s equal parts healthy breakfast and decadent milkshake. Because this year, your mornings deserve to have it all 🍫

Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 serving Fat Snax Double Chocolate Mini Cookies, plus more for serving
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 cup nut milk of choice
  • Keto sweetener, to taste


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with more crumbled cookies. #FatYeah!
