Low-Carb Spaghetti n' Meatballs


The classic Italian Spaghetti n' Meatballs dish, but with a healthy twist! ūüė謆¬†We¬†absolutely had to¬†keto-fy/low-carb the one and only dish that everyone loves right in time for cozy season. Perfectly fluffy, savory, and full of flavor, these¬†meatballs serve as a delicious low-carb dinner. We all know¬†pasta nights are the best nights, and this recipe will most definitely¬†be added to your weekly dinner rotation!¬†

Low-Carb Spaghetti n' Meatballs

makes 40 meatballs


2 bags Fat Snax Almond Flour Crackers Original Sea Salt Flavor
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
¬Ĺ cup grated parmesan cheese
‚Öď cup finely diced onion
‚Öď cup heavy cream or nut milk
¬ľ cup chopped parsley
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Low-Carb Pasta substitute of your choosing!


  1. Add Fat Snax crackers to a food processor blender. Pulse until coarse crumbles form. 
  2. To a large bowl, add cracker crumbs, ground pork, ground beef, parmesan cheese, onion, heavy cream or nut milk, parsley, salt and pepper. 
  3. Using clean or gloved hands, mix together until evenly combined. 
  4. Roll into 1 - 1 ¬Ĺ inch balls.¬†
  5. Air Fryer Instructions: Air fry at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until the interior of the meatball is cooked through.
  6. Oven Instructions: Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until the interior of the meatballs are cooked through.
