The holidays can be rough for those of us on the keto diet (spiced wine, stuffing, pie...we’re lookin’ at you). That’s why, here at Fat Snax, we want to help make this year’s Thanksgiving absolutely incredible. We’re giving you the tools to create an epic feast that’s not only low-carb and keto, but so mouthwateringly-delicious that it’ll become your go-to menu every year. We’re balling out this year and your family’s gonna love it, we promise (we’ve even included the pumpkin pie)!

To make your life a little easier this year, we’ve made a straight-forward, no-fuss Printable Thanksgiving Shopping List to download for your next grocery store run (the items on our list are based on the recipes & "hot tips" below). And, don’t forget to check out our *new and improved* Store Locator to make sure you hit up a grocery store that carries all the Fat Snax cookies you love.

Appetizer 1: Cheese Boards. It’s not Thanksgiving without one!

Cheese boards are the perfect way to break the ice and catch up with friends and family during the holidays. Sip on mocktails, play some music, and kick off the festivities with something absolutely delicious. Not sure where to start? Check out this guide for How to Build an Epic Keto Charcuterie Board. And don’t forget to snag a few boxes of Fat Snax Crackers!

Appetizer 2: Cocktail Nuts. Because every cheese board needs a tiny bowl of crazy-good nuts.

You know what we’re talking about! You only get to snack on these spiced treats once a year, so they better be good. Luckily, we’ve done the heavy lifting for you: these Rosemary Parmesan Garlic Cocktail Nuts will become your new cocktail party obsession.

Entrée: THE TURKEY! Turkey + Butter = Flavor Explosion.

Turkey can be intimidating. How long should I cook it for? Is it alright if mine’s still frozen on the inside even though I’ve cooked it for 10 million hours? Will my family notice if I stick a frozen turkey on the dinner table and leave to get takeout by myself? Do not fret: Garlic Butter Turkey is here to save you.

Fact: Thanksgiving’s all about the sides.

Here’s the rundown on ALL our must-have sides that’ll make your Turkey *pop* and have you drooling over leftovers for daysssssss.

Side 1: Behold! Biscuits that don’t taste like cardboard (unless cardboard tastes like buttery goodness).

Dig into these buttery, cheesy Almond Flour Biscuits. Plus, you can just mix everything together in one bowl, so less dishes 😉

Side 2: Spaghetti Squash. No need to skimp on the squash!

“Squish squash I was eatin’ so much squash!” Our favorite song...I think that’s how it goes. Anyways, this Brown Butter Spaghetti Squash with Sage is the ultimate flavor-bomb for your Thanksgiving feast. It’s the perfect naturally-sweet, low-carb side to satisfy those yam cravings!

Side 3: Mashed Cauliflower (superior to mashed potatoes).

These rich, creamy Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes are like perfect, fluffy clouds. And mashed cauli, of course, needs its saucy sidekick: Turkey Gravy. #FatYeah!

Side 4: Stuffing, leveled up.

Who says going keto means you can’t have stuffing on Thanksgiving? You need this Keto Sausage Stuffing in your life. Hot Tip: Use Fat Snax Sea Salt Crackers instead of biscuits for an extra crrrrrunch!

Side 5: Greens, greens, greens.

Vegetables are not boring, even if your kids keep telling you that. Luckily, you can’t go wrong with these classically delicious Sauteed Brussels Sprouts w/ Pancetta

Side 6: Say...."(Mac &) Cheese!"

Everyone wants a buttery, salty spoonful of pure comfort on their plate. And this Cracker-Crusted Mac & Cheese will satisfy all of your cheesy cravings.

Side 7: Cranberry sauce for the win!

Sugar-free yet sweet and oh-so-satisfying. This Cranberry Sauce will become a family favorite.

Side 8: A bright, green salad will cut through the richness of your Thanksgiving feast.

Try this simple, yet vibrant Arugula & Fennel Salad with Lemon and Parmesan.

Dessert: The keto fairy brought PIE!

Thanksgiving wouldn’t be complete without pies to gorge yourself with after dinner in your stretchy pants. We can’t wait for you to dig in to this Keto Pumpkin Pie and for all those people who said folks doing the keto diet can’t have apple pie, read it and weep: Keto Apple Pie (don’t @ us, these reviews speak for themselves)! Hot Tip: For a foolproof easy crust, mix butter with Fat Snax Cookies!
