7 Ways to Spice Up Your Morning Munchies


We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes it can just be so... blah. We get it. Some days, it can be hard to muster the energy to do anything more than fry an egg, or even brew that cup of coffee. 

That’s why we’re here to rescue you from breakfast boredom! Just follow these super simple keto-friendly tips, and we promise that your mornings will be more thrilling—and your breakfasts worth waking up for.

1. Put everything bagel seasoning on your avo' or eggs 🧂

All the flavor of your favorite bagel, minus the carbs! You can find a version of this seasoning in most grocery stores. It's salty, spiced, and everything nice.


2. Create the perfect parfait 🥣

Remember sand art? This is like that, but yummier. Grab your favorite keto-friendly yogurt and granola, and layer with berries for a beautiful work-of-art breakfast that you’ll be giddy to dive into. 

3. Switch up your morning beverage ☕️

    We all have our different caffeine preferences (or should I say, requirements), but try switching up how you sip. Swap your iced coffee for an iced black tea, or try some flavored coffees to keep your mornings interesting (we're currently nuts for hazelnut roasts). 

    4. Add some color with fruit and veg 🥬

      This can be as simple as having a side of melon with your breakfast, or brightening up scrambled eggs with bell peppers and spinach. Loading up on a rainbow of healthy foods will have you strutting through the day like a rock star.

      5. Prep your fav chia pudding overnight 🍫
